Ordering (General Items)

 

Orders can be placed on-line by adding items to your shopping basket and checking out. Quantites can be updated in your basket. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We aim to create and despatch items within 10 working days. However, we do not keep large quantities of stock so some items may take longer.

 

 

Ordering (Wedding Stationery)

 

Once you have ordered the appropriate quantities online we will email you with a full order form to be completed so we are able to personalise your wedding invitation inserts. You can return your order form to us by email. Full payment is required before we can start work on your order.

What Happens Next? (General Items)

 

You will receive a confirmation email from us, usually within 48 hours of placing your order which will include an estimated date for dispatch. To do our bit for the environment and to save on paper, this email also acts as your invoice/receipt.

 

Check that all your order details are correct and let us know if any changes are required.

 

 

Cancellations and Returns

 

We will replace any item received damaged FREE of charge. If your item is received damaged, please contact us immediately (no later than 7 days from delivery) but do not return the item until you have reported the damage to us. If items are returned without our knowledge we will be unable to refund the amount including return postage costs.

 

You are unable to cancel your order once it has been confirmed in writing (email) by us.

 

 

The Products

 

Due to the custom made nature of Holly and Dotty products, slight variations in colour, size and presentation should be expected. All items are described as accurately as possible on the website and pictures shown are examples of the items you will receive. If you have a question about the color, size, details of an item, please contact us before you place your order.

 

 

Greeting Cards

 

All cards are blank inside (unless otherwise stated). Cards are packaged in a clear sleeve and a colour co-ordinated envelope is included.

 

 

Jewellery

 

All jewellery is made from .925 sterling silver (unless otherwise stated) and supplied in a gift pouch with cleaning cloth, care card and fairy dust.

 

 

Privacy Policy

 

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining it. We will never share, rent or sell your personal details with any other party. We will only contact you by telephone if there is a query with your order. We may, from time to time, send you an email with news, offers and promotions. If you would prefer not to receive these emails, please email us with your request.
