Delivery Charges

Delivery Information

All deliveries (except greeting cards) require a signature at destination. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the order at your nominated delivery address.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery services.

Orders are delivered Monday - Saturday.

Please note that once your order has left our studio, Holly and Dotty do not accept responsibility for for any delays incurred by Royal Mail.

International Orders

You are only able to order items within the UK online. If you are an international customer, please contact us for a quotation. Please note that any duty or customs charges imposed on international orders are the resposibility of the recipient.

Returns

Due to the custom made nature of all our products we are unable to accept returns unless the item is received faulty or damaged. For more information on returning faulty or damaged goods, please contact us.
